Game froze and lost 107 levels!!

I was at level 110 when the app started freezing. When it did load, it had my characters at level 3!! So I restarted and updated the game and also restarted my iPad, but I am STILL stuck at level 3. Needless to say, Im ticked off. Unless the app creators can restore my game at my original level, I will not be playing any more.
