Honest review

I really really like this game. I am a f2p player, as probably 90% of the people write reviews are. I would be giving 5 stars since I have been playing this game for several years and it has only kept improving, but as of yesterday when I signed back on all of my shadowforge amulets and rings were gone. I mean gone, I simply could not and cannot find them. I worked the hardest I ever had in this game in order to obtain those during events and was in process of maxing them out. I am thinking of quitting the game unless I am somehow requited for the loss of the bling or have it restored. Dont get me wrong, KnD is a great game, but this incident proves to be pretty impeding. --- update --- its a few weeks later, my shadowforged crafting materials are gone now too! I literally go to bed, wake up, and stuff is missing. You cant get rid of shadowforged material unless you craft the armor so theres no way I would even be able to do that! I had 7 shade essence and its all gone! I have never had a SF armor and never will since Im deleting the game. Its been going on and on with GREE for weeks trying to email them and the only response I get it "thank you for your input, have you read our forums?" YOUR FORUMS DONT GET MY STUFF BACK, and I did read the forums, people have the same issues and there are NO fixes. Because of the worst customer service Ive ever seen and the fact that stuff people are paying big bucks for that i earned for free are disappearing, I give a -5 stars
